Although I didn't pass a final round of the Aon interview, this platform helped me boost my psychometric skills. Don't expect to pass any assessment after practicing here for an hour or so. You need at least 5-6 days to learn the logic and brush the timing skill as well. Overall, I would recommend this website.

Expect a numerical and a verbal reasoning test: they are the pair most large employers set. Many add a logical test, a situational judgement test or a personality questionnaire, and technical roles often bring a mechanical test.
We do not know the exact set Novartis will send you: it changes with the role you applied for, and from one intake to the next. Your invitation email names each test and its publisher, so read it before you start practising.
