Does HSBC use situational judgement tests?

Which situational judgement test format will HSBC use?
Situational judgement tests are written for one employer at a time, around the behaviours it wants in the role. So we cannot list a standard format for HSBC. What differs from one test to the next is how you answer, and the list shows the four ways.
