Free is 11 tests you can take now, without an account. Individual is one package of your choice for £9.99, with 4 to 16 tests in it. All-in-One is every package, 59 tests in all, for £29.99. The solutions, the reports and the test settings are the same on all three.
If your Siemens AG invitation names one test, the Individual plan with that package is enough. If it names several, or you do not know yet which tests you will sit, take All-in-One: it has all six packages and costs less than four bought one by one.
